| Chandan has rich experience in the fields of Finance & Taxation. He leads the Business Development function at BC. In addition, Chandan, a specialist in taxation law, also heads the Knowledge Management Function. |

| Chandan has previously worked as Head of Finance with an affiliate of Halliburton Energy Services Inc,
U.S.A. He has also worked with a representative firm of Moore Stephens, UK, a leading accounting firm in Europe. |

| Chandan is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Kirori Mal College (KMC), Delhi University. |

| Gaurav is a seasoned professional in the fields of Finance & Accounts. Presently, he leads the Operations at BC. Gaurav has been instrumental in designing accounting processes and has assisted many clients in making a successful transition from in-house accounting to full length outsourcing. |

| Previously, he worked in the representative firm of the global network of Hawath International, U.S.A., and with Moore Stephens, UK, in India. During his tenure at these firms, he worked closely with CFO's of many well-reputed companies across various industries. |
